Björk's Vespertine.
This is the album that changed music for me.
This is an album that I was holding onto for a long time, I was a couple months into Björk's music and I remember reading some reviews and seeing this album, Vespertine be in 30th place at the time on the greatest albums of all time on RYM and the amount of praise that this album got, for some reason it made me want to 'prepare' for it. prog rock fans when they hear the worst fucking vocalist ever 😍😍😍😍
the instrumentation was cool af but i just can't fucking stand this guy's voice, ruins the whole album for me
i wish the drummer and the vocalist had just a tad bit of variation to their style, it gets a bit too repetitive at some points
but i still think that this is very cool, very atmospheric
