Took a while to grow on me. At first I really only liked Minus, at this point Permanent is the only track I don’t love
If you're looking for something calming but substantive, this could be an answer. Great ambient album
I think No Future / No Past is a great stand-alone song off of this album. Really captures everything that Cloud Nothings is doing throughout the rest of the tracks, but doesn't spoil it either, so it's perfectly placed at the beginning of the album
They found a consistent sound here that carries throughout the 33 min runtime that creates a cohesive and powerful album
Fav songs: No Future / No Past, Stay Useless, Wasted Days
I like the vibes a lot. One of those albums you just gotta listen to, not really something I see myself listening to individual tracks off of, but ill return to this and check out their other stuff

The production here isn’t bad, but it’s just boring for an entire album. Please mix it up. Song structures change a little bit, but there’s no spark here. billy woods and ELUCID have some great verses, they complement each other well and work off of each other. But this just isn’t an album I wanna come back to.
Bro unless I missed something, the last thing they put out was Doves. Not saying they have to always put out insane songs like that, but they are ... read more
slowed anthemic or militaristic sounding music, with radio broadcast effects.
This album is making a statement, which is apparent by the title. It is good to reflect on mortality, culture, and time. All of humanity is a tiny blip in the vastness and span of the universe
the music and effects are well done and it overall sounds great
Honestly it's a cool album with interesting sampling/production, and overall is quite beautiful and artistic. but I don't see myself returning to it very often, and I didn't find any notable songs throughout either. I don't really want more from this album, but im also left wondering if I just wasted an hour listening to it. There's definitely moments throughout that would be great for a soundtrack, or just ambient vibes
Dang this takes me back. I got into Peggy a bit after AMHAC came out, so these songs coming out as singles were the first tracks that I was hearing drop from him brand new. I was super into him at the time, and returning to it definitely feels a bit nostalgic
This ep moves away from the Industrial sounds of veteran, and also from the rich production on AHMAC. Here we see Peggy on more typical sounding beats, although he still manages to put his stamp on them. He sings here more, not new to him ... read more
I like the parts when they just be jammin, but then I also like the parts when Mr. Winter is doing his thing
Fav songs: Taxes, Au Pays du Cocaine, Cobra, Islands of Men, 100 Horses, Bow Down
Moor Mother and Billy Woods compliment each other so well on this
Fav songs: The Blues Remembers Everything the Country Forgot, Rapunzal, Furies, Giraffe Hunts, Arkeology
This album feels nostalgic and peaceful. Not trying to hard to be anything other than what it is
Fav songs: Concrete and Barbed Wire, Can't Let Go, Right in Time

I don't really get the hype for this, but it is definitely not bad. Her singing is cool, and the production stays fresh throughout the 30 minute runtime
Fav songs: You Can't Always Get What You Want, Seasons, The Garden
I went in to this album after only seeing the cover art and the genres listed on this site. It was also my first Katie Jane Garside album I'd heard. I wasn't sure exactly what I was about to hear, but I had hopes it would be something weird and new.
The first track, Genica Pussy Willow, kind of confirmed that for me. An ambient, backrooms like vibe with reversed vocals. Very digital. I felt that this was just the primer; I was about to enter the world of Lullabies in a Glass ... read more
