Definitely their weirdest sound by far. In a year or two this review is either gonna be a 90 or remain untouched cuz I can't tell whether this is gonna age well for me even while their other albums are (SATURATION rereview otw cuz it's better than a 79)
idk im not a huge fan but maybe it'll grow on me like pixelated kisses
not giving a clanker a good rating but just know in my heart you're tuff bro
I love the original track but respectfully this fucking sucks. It's not even just Dua Lipa her verse is out of place but I think she's fine on the harmony with the chorus. The Matt verse is so phoned in, the Jon B feature is some hot ass, and the final "I'm your candyman" outro is so unnecessary and ruins the climax of Bearface's outro.
EDIT 1: 89 -> 93
As expected it grew on me. Tied with SATURATION III as my fav Brockhampton
This is one of those albums that you know is gonna grow even more on you. I feel like some of these songs I already have such a connection with, and Sugar has been my most listened to song of the last month. Everything is so somber in a way that works to fill the gaps that Ameer left seamlessly. I'm really excited for Iridescence and Roadrunner to round out my Brockhampton journey. I've ... read more

HHE3 definitely the best outta the trilogy best features best beats and Westside Gunn does his thing as always
Best version of Thug Tears easily I miss it so much ever since it got beamed off Spotify
ALL I NEED IS REST
I've been neglecting to fully tap into Adrianne Lenker ever since I listened to zombie girl and Sadness as a Gift randomly... love those songs so much. I have a big big soft spot for folk (taking recommendations), and Lenker here just gives so much. I've always been partial to her vocals, as there's so much rawness backing them while also having this indescribable falsetto that gets me everytime. The instrumentals on this are emotional and intentional. I love folk it will always ... read more
Then maybe he stop savin' all the good beats for himself
Real rappers only fellas that help
edit 1: this has grown on me a lot 85 -> 95
enjoyed this quite a bit even if theres a little to be desired on the vocals. joji on rage is such a weird idea it works
I was coming into this project like many recently: needing good instrumental study music. I was expecting something remiscent of J. Dilla's production, and while to an extent that was true, this record is much more psychedelic. One of my favorite parts of the experience is just that: many of these tracks meld together to make this journey of an experience. The best songs here are definitely the drumless trippy sampledelic cuts, even if I do enjoy your more hiphop adjacent tracks. Only ... read more
