For my 50th review, I am going to talk about one of the best underground 2000's underground albums that nobody talks about. I ask you if you're reading this review to just listen to a couple of the songs, at least Thatz Not or Feelin Sorry, which I consider A-Wax's best songs.
The production is aggressive and hungry, and as much as I hate him, I can definitely see some Kanye influence in it with the early chipmunk soul production. This style works out really well with this stage ... read more
Tom MacDonald should take notes, this is a true definition of political rap.
It was a pleasant surprise getting to see some punk rock influences here with some dark and energetic guitar parts. As much as I loved it though, I found it getting a bit repetitive towards the end.
Lyrically, Vince covers the pain which he and his community suffered, how there's too much hate and violence around, and the injustice everywhere in America.
Overall, It's a great album without a doubt, although ... read more
Thank you @WilWith1L for the recommendation and for creating this album overall.

Finally got a release from B0AH on all music platforms!!!!!
I would like to give a huge thanks to B0AH for being my first ever follower, and its crazy that I'm now approaching 100, which may seem small, but to me it means a lot so shout to you and all my other followers too!
About the album:

Hi Khaidar, sorry that it took me this long to review this, but after looking back into my recommendations list, I found this as one of my earliest ones so I feel like it deserved my attention.
For the review, I only have positive things to say. I love the instrumental route, and I think that this production here is really really really high quality. It has a super nice smooth tone and flow, even without having any lyrics, which is quite impressive.
This short project uses some good chopping ... read more
We get some decent flows from Freddie here, in a middle ground between his laid back recent flows and his more hungry rapping style. The beats are pretty basic, especially considering how Freddie has linked up and built connections with some of the best producers in the game. The production surprisingly doesn't use too many samples like The Alchemist or Madlib, but it still worked fine.
I'm sure this review sounds kinda negative, although I still think that this was a pretty solid ... read more
