Around when this album dropped, I have heard about PRETTYMUCH and have actually liked their debit Would You Mind a lot, so I went into this album with a good mindset. I personally do not have much nostalgia for 5SOS. I listened to She Looks So Perfect in elementary and liked it, but I never ventured out to listen to the rest of their discography until now. I already knew I would be hit with the formulaic, pop-punk sound that SLSP hinted at, but I did not think it would be this bad. A step up from their past album, but not by much. A lot of the ideas are lost in translation and are not executed well, where it sounds like the same cookie-cutter formula that is seen on their past projects. I think all 4 girls are able to compliment one another, but it does feel something is still missing (obviously) and it shows heavily in a lot of the choruses loosing a lot of possible charm. Overall, 4.8/10
