Where do I even start with this review. This is the most awesome, epic, and absolutely legendary album of all time. You could not name one bad song on this album, even one of the lower rated tracks "The thing that should not be" is one of my favorite Metallica tracks. Listened to this full album on a flight back from Japan because I bought a CD of this album and was blown away, I felt like I had been blind my whole life and I could finally see, for my whole life I've heard people ... read more
Love it, listened to the full album over 5 times now and it still is really good. Wish I could say more and I probably will but my keyboard sucks.
Dawg just listen to any track on here and you will see why I rated it this high
She be limpin on my bizkit until I start rollin like an air raid vehicle and start to hold on my way
If I could give this album a 1000 I would call me performative all you want this album is amazing and even the famously shitted on "Fitter Happier" is quite good if you listen to ambient or experimental music. This album is good, anyone who hates is just baiting, I accept i'm a lowly chud who will never feel the embrace of a woman, but I got heavenly vocals from my goat Thom and melodies that make even fucking Steven Morrissey weep.
Now before you stone me and burn me at the stake, I am very biased for this album I will admit, I have so many fond memories of listening to this with my dad before he turned into a control freak. This album got me into music pretty much as a whole and listening to albums, if not for this album I would be another joe shmoe who listens to tik tock audios. But now, why I actually love and adore this record. The vibe on this record is immaculate, the feel and emotions on display are phenomenal and ... read more
Although I personally like to say that quality-wise the U-turn from Pablo Honey to The Bends was quite momentous but the production-wise U turn on this album is fuckin' insane. Radiohead changes their style yet again because Thom Yorke felt like being less likable to people even more, but this time being an asshole worked for Thom because this album was pretty gosh-darn good. Changing from rock that made you feel like you fell out of an airplane, to music that made you feel like you were ... read more
One afternoon I turned to my afternoon watching of a Youtube channel I like, scrolling through an endless feed of slop the likes of which would feed pigs. I then found a video talking about this album in particular, I was curious then looked the rest of the guys channel who reviewed it. What I found was him talking about Limp Bizkits album "Results May Vary". Out of pure self harm towards myself because when I tried to scroll on Instagram I was too under-stimulated. And because of ... read more
"If you can listen to this full album in one sitting, you can fuck my wife dude"- Goonicus
Although I usually like to suck off Michael Gira for how much of a creative genius he is this album is very bloated and there isn't much debate about it, Swans dives head first into a style that only they could do well because the Swans fanbase is on par with the Aphex Twin fanbase on levels on meat riding for their respective frontmen but hey, taking the Swans pill isn't to bad compared to the Aphex Twin one. This album is incredibly sad though I started having the bad thoughts 3 ... read more
This genuinely cured my depression. This isn't an exaggeration. What's Going On is a progressive soul masterpiece that unites spirits and souls. My dad would sometimes put on Marvin Gaye in the car but I wouldn't really pay that much attention to it, until recently when I heard all the positive discourse around this album and decided to give it a try. Holy shit, the moment when I heard the first song I was enlightened. Marvin Gaye might be the greatest singer of all time, his ... read more
Love this album please check it out. Its like if a band of beings beyond this realm of thinking blessed us with something beyond our comprehension, and they also made it ####### SLAP SO HARD I FEEL AS IF COKE IS BEING INSERTED IN MY BRAIN THROUGH A NEEDLE WHILE THAT SAME NEEDLE IS USED TO GIVE ME A LOBOTOMY
This album changed my life. Now you may think that that's an exaggeration, music cant define who you are. But this album is Tyler's masterpiece, a pure great listen. This album helped me through a hard time in my life where I felt that I was alone in my situation. But after listening to this record I can confidently say that I feel not alone. 10/10 must listen I cried when I heard this for the first time.
