Beach House - Once Twice Melody

Once Twice Melody Review:
Once Twice Melody: starts the album with an obvious switch of emotion compared to past work a more uplifting story
Superstars: the use of synths in the chorus was perfect
Pink Funeral: the sort of hip hop drum machine snare sound worked better than i thought it would
Through Me: holy the outro on this thing
Runaway: really like the production but lyrics are a lil corny
ESP: This exactly the sound i was expecting from this album, and it sounds even better

This album is always so packed.

I recently saw deftones in concert, it was great show; wish i got a better view+the vocals were a little too high but anyways After that i felt like my “life as a deftones fan” was complete. so i haven’t really listened to them a lot. I put on this record and was reminded of this classic! lovely

Boards of Canada - Geogaddi
93

This album has slowly became one of my favorite albums of all time, i’ve been listening to Boards of Canada for about a year their sound turned me off at first but their errie Melodie’s always seemed to stick. i only starting listening to this album a lot about 2 months ago and holy.

Geogaddi is darkly haunting and melancholic, yet bright and nice at all the right times, “Julie and Candy” a cute melody (kinda) that sounds good but seems slightly off, (their is a dark ... read more
