im sorry but i think this album is pretty corny. i think everybody would agree that this is his worst project tho. i still think there are some pretty nice highlights, but most of the songs were kinda meh and didnt grab me too much

kendricks most emotional album with a deep personal look into his life. some people describe this as a "therapy album" which i can quite see that. the performances were pretty great, and honestly the second disc grabbed my attention more

what an album, really. its so mysterious and sonically pleasing. the ambient electronics were so well putted in together to make these insane songs. honestly it was just something i needed before going to the backrooms movie, its perfect lol.

i mean its gkmc what do you expect. its actually crazy how much influence and importance this album has, and some of yall say the same about 808's and heartbreak, which is true, but it doesnt apply towards the entire black community just like gkmc does. this definetly has to be one if not the best storytelling albums ever made.
