This is, in my opinion, a generational German pop song. I believe this to be one of the best German songs of the past decade, for sure. It just has everything, beautiful lyrics, a great sound, just overall amazing.

Personally, my favorite part is where the kids sing along, always give me goosebumps… it’s just… really a special song. And they won’t ever be able to match this I believe. It’s sad, but I don’t think they can

This song came out in 2015… and now it is in first place of the German charts for the first time. Due to a TikTok, yeah, but let’s forget that now and just give a great shoutout to Zara Larsson.

I really expected to have 2 100s, Hymn for the Weekend and Adventure of a Lifetime, but… none of them is a 100, Hymn for the Weekend isn’t even a 90 for me. I really remembered to like these more than I do. Don’t get me wrong, they’re super fun and really cool… but really not as good as I remembered them.

Okay now this is some great stuff. This is awesome! This is better than SPECIALZ, no doubt about it. They did a really good job, it’s so catchy, cool… just overall great.

When I first listened to it, I already went from unsure whether I like it to really enjoying it. It’s seriously so good.

I mean… I haven’t watched JJK so far, but I still know this song. Like many people I believe.
And while the people outside this community (especially on TikTok as far as I know) tend do overhype this, here it might even be slightly underrated.
