Summer knights being one of the lowest rated tracks on this album shows exactly what’s wrong with AOTY. AOTY hates chill music

Pretty great album. Hate that little chipmunk squeal he does tho

Cool melodic soul album, even though some of the falsettos can be a little much. The title track and smog are great

“Chance” is right this shit is hit or miss as fuck

If Donald Bryd produced a Mayfield record, this shit is absolutely magical.

Not a huge fan of the prog soul trend where singers just go out there and belt for 5 and a half minutes. It’s a pretty good album though

Maybe not as experimental or progressive as their earlier works, but god dammit I wouldn’t change a thing

An unpolished, unfinished uncut gem of a record. Really wish this could’ve gotten worked on more.
