So I've revisited this. and...
My opinion of it hasn't really changed that much; I do genuinely think this is a somewhat decent album.
GOD DID, the song, is genuinely a GREAT song, with the main highlight of course being that JAY-Z verse. But there's other songs that I like here too.
I still stand by the Use This Gospel Remix, and the fact that I do think it is good. Eminem delivers a actual good verse about religion & God; a topic he doesn't really ever touch on often.
Other then that, ... read more
RAYE's lyrical (and singing) talent is on full display on this project, after going through absolute hell with her label over the last few years. This album is truly a great experience from start to finish, even if there was 2 or 3 tracks below the others in quality, for me personally they aren't THAT lower in quality. There are some incredible songs here, such as "Escapism." and "Ice Cream Man." -- which truly hit me like a truck. Very great project.
Without ANY edits and just from the stem player version, this is really bad and unfinished. And yeah, I know, it's because it IS unfinished. I'm still going to call something that is ass, you know, ass though.
I will say though, there is a few good ideas in this project, and, if expanded upon and finished, could be good. Though I should mention the opposite is also true

I wasn't sure how I felt at first about this after looking at a few songs, but after listening through the entire thing, I have to say this is actually quite good. Usually modern Dre production is much worse then his classics, but his overproduction actually works in his favor here.
Travis Scott on Hands On is hard as fuck imo... god damn. Sometimes though, things don't work correctly (at least for me), such as certain parts of Closed On Sunday. This rating doesn't account for the other JIK2 ... read more
HOLY SHIT HE COOKING BUT LIKE ACTUALLY THIS IS ENJOYABLE AS FUCK TO BUMP UNIRONICALLY
how this even bad man like it's kinda mid but like brah.......
edit: nah this kinda decent
When I Come Home is a a great, very solid album that I can find myself vibing to thanks to the production. The production really is a very big part of enjoyment, but Cersia's rapping is probably almost just as enjoyable. He has been improving every single project, and it shows here. His pen game and vocals have only became more advanced.
sorry im shitty at this review thing, just take it that this is a great album and i highly rec giving it a listen

(Listened to it early due to it coming out locally in each time zone, that's how I'm reviewing this on the 3rd of August)
Ez Mil's verse is pretty questionable and kind of mid to be honest, but there's a few small enjoyable parts. I'm not really sure I'm digging him, I've heard a few good songs from him but most are mid or bad. It's cool that Eminem signed a rapper from the Philippines, though.
Eminem's verse is actually good overall, surprisingly. Not a giant fan of the fast ending, but it's ... read more
Despite CusaX obviously not being a trained singer, I find this song to be very enjoyable to listen to.
Goofy cover, but a enjoyable song. Was confused why CusaX was only on the hook, but it does make sense --- it probably sounds better then if Champy did it himself.
...Also, the cover? Why does it say "What I Do"? Why does it say "Remix?" Whats the original lil bro.... Blud got this from beatstars :lgskull:
Nvm im a dumbass the og is on cusa album
