This sounds like someone tortured themselves making sure every single sound works perfectly and combines into this ultimate cacophony of music. It's squarepusher, expect some intense bleeps and bloops lots of drum breaks and some beautiful ambient tracks. The ambient ones run a bit longer then they should but other than that this album is straight flames. Sure it's not doing anything new but it's some nice bleeps and bloops. Put this on if ur feeling like u need some bleeps n bloops in ur life. ... read more
Huh I like this a lot.
First off i'm just going to say that i'm not judging this on anything to do with him using slurs because of him playing a character in these songs. He's trying to reclaim the slurs anyway so i don't really understand why everyone is mad here HELL his name is a slur and nobody is popping off at that. If black rappers can say the n-word gay and trans rappers can say the f-slur and t-slur.
Anyways this slaps. I love the over the top cartoon-ish vibe that this album has. ... read more
Feels like it's desperately trying to be real but coming off as being fake. I know hes tryna call back to old school brit punk and garage but this is not how you do it. oh and this songwriting makes me feel incredibly bored and sorta annoyed. Slowthai still blowed it away and i'd love if mura masa and slowthai just made an album together. Would have ended up better then this
Best tracks- DEAL WIV IT

So i listened to the morabeza tobacco album and it was pretty good and i liked it. It VIBES hard. Some great jams on here so ima go through some.
Almost home kicks the album off in a dreary slow haze which is brilliant. It perfeclty introduces the 2 main vocalists and there minimal signwriting methods and stripped back guitars and synths and aa i love it.
The instrumentals on this album are put above everything. They remain very similar in most of the songs but there so good that it dosent ... read more
Errrrrrr this was suprisng. This mix is terrible and the quality is really bad. This can be seen as a couple of zuu out-takes but these are some really good out-takes. Check it out if u like denzel curry or zillakami. OH and ghostmane popped off. Can't wait for whatever is next. The diaper bar is terrible never do that again denzel.
best trac: evil twin, charlie sheen, no pen no pad
So. I love this album. It's really personal in a way that it makes me not feel as lonely. It's a brilliant indie rock epic about a relationship and the development of it with the middle of the relationship to the end. The songwriting is absolutely fantastic and brilliant. I love how it sounds like he's just having a conversation with the listener at some points in the song like hes telling you a story about his relationship. The central theme of being with another and not being alone as long ... read more
Well i love it. Even the bonus tracks are fire what the fuck.
This album is just amazing each song is produced really well while the lyrics are British as hell and make me proud to be from the midlands. It's just a perfect representation of Britain right now with each song being amazingly put together.
This is just really good rap where hes barring out with good production and good features well skepta could have done better but it was still good.
The only issues are the production on ... read more
eeeeeeeh it's weird music time.
I liked the incredible epic instrumental breaks in alot of the songs especially forever//over. Crash is a wonderful song and the best out of em all. Love not wrong has a brilliant construction on its sound. The intro is amazing and super bon iver inspired. I don't usually like poppy stuff but this was alright.
I really do not like the songwriting. It just feels like he went on to write about love while being as non-specfic as possible. It's like a blank slate ... read more
