Pretty boring beats, nothing wrong with the rapping and the lyricism is great.
Killing it one the production and singing side, but the rapping can be lackluster and repetitve with the forced fast rapping. Never expected to hear Polsish on a Quad album.
Would love to hear more music similar to the intro of this song from Quad, i'm sure he could do some real good shit with that.
Although very musically correct, there isn't anything special about it - half of the songs sound like I've heard them in different commercials or 10 different boring ass songs on the radio before. For a genre i despise listening to, this wasnt that bad of a listen and made me sleep quite well, which in this case is a compliment. Very cosnsitent in vibes and how good the songs are, love the calmness and ambiance.
With this album Robin Callaway might just become one of my favorite artists of all time. Another perfect blend of gut wrenching screams and beautifull, noisy, melancholic electric guitars, altough this time with some post rock parts to it, wich i absolutely love, proving again how, in my opinion, criminally underappreciated his music is.
This whole album is a perfect blend of things i absolutely love in music - heavy noise and beautifull singing intertwined with gut wrenching screams. From the first song to the last, I was floating. Top 3 albums of all time by far. This guy deserves waaaay more than just 35k monthly listeners on spotify, ts is a crime .
Can't believe that this album came out from the same artist that made Poland
