I'm not as active on here because there is no music that truly fulfills me lately and I fear this one makes me feel the same. A little too simplistic for a Periphery record I guess, it's cool I guess, there are a few really enjoyable segment but nothing to come back to imo. This album feels so light in its minimalist composition yet it is able to create such a heavy and complex atmosphere so unique to the movie. It feels lonely as it reverberates into the empty shell of these ghosts roaming in the 2029 society. The vocals are haunting and beautiful, they appear in a few tracks like a reminder the humans are somehow still there but not so present. Need to watch this again

Started borrowing CDs at my local library and it's so fun to make music discoveries like this!! Had no idea these guys are from my area. Many cool moments surrounded by meh forgettable moments, it still fun and energetic overall with a bunch of ambient guitar sections, the guitars in the fourth track hit hard it's my fav
