recorded one second of shitty electric guitar playing for this album (couldn't find it myself so if anyone does somehow find it let me know)
Ended up enjoying this more than I expected to, especially the opening and closing tracks "Storm" and "Like Antennas to Heaven", which I think are genuinely beautiful. Might not be as crazy about this album (or GYBE's discography in general) as everyone else is, and I do think this album does drag on a little (especially the middle of the album), but I still really liked this.

this album is a fucking experience. there is literally nothing else like this album that I know of. I first listened to this album in june of 2023 as my second swans album (right after filth). I have no idea what the hell my expectations were, but this album blew them out of the water in many ways. this is far from perfect, but it's absolutely worth a listen imo. if you really want to get into swans' discography though, save this ... read more
