I never thought I would hear the nurture voice in a metalcore song, nor did I think that it would work so well. And apart from that, the vocals in general are fantastic and the production is a perfect blend of clean metalcore and ambience. I'll have to check out more from this band.
A fantastic atmospheric drum and bass ep. Every song takes you on a journey. The production is fantastic but the best part of this EP is the song arrangement. Even though each individual track is quite long, they’re never boring. This reminds me of a more energetic, accessible version of Turquoisedeath.
One of the gentlest and yet most cathartic songs I’ve heard all year. This is genuinely healing.
A much better single than Riptides for sure. Ben Gibbard’s storytelling and vocal talent are as good as they ever were, and the instrumentation and production are top-notch.

This is the sort of music I can imagine a travelling bard in the 1400s would play if they had access to a small village's worth of musicians and a couple of progressive records
Anyone who rates this album over a 90 is an insufferable nerd.
The internet’s favorite polka dotted French-Canadian weirdos have returned with a sophomore record that is nothing short of captivating, blending progressive rock, psychedelic, microtonal guitar, and a jam-bad aesthetic to create a wonderful collage of unabashed nerdery.
Using nothing more than a drum set, a double-necked microtonal guitar, and a looper pedal, the band creates impressively expansive and surprisingly catchy ... read more
Banger. Exactly one note: there's not enough bass in the mix. But apart from that, fantastic song, and Skye's vocals are the best they've ever been.
