Much like Midnight Marauders, this is nice chill album that's easy on the ears, but has something to say.
Listened to this a few months ago, remember it was good but nothin too crazy.
This is NOT the album to listen to when your airpods have bass buzz.
Great example of being representative of the time period without aging poorly. Has very 90's tropes, in a good way.
No matter how righteous the message is, it doesn't matter if the music is extremely dated and at times annoying.
I really wish that the quality of the 5 great songs on the album carried over to the rest of the album. The other tracks are just okay.
A great collection of songs with amazing vocal performances, despite repetitive lyrical themes.
Forgot to rate this before but this is all bangers. Space Race might be a top 3 geese song ever at this point.
After the first 2 amazing songs, the rest of the project becomes passable 80's synth pop.
Despite me feeling that this record is really great, I don't think I'll return soon (cut to me months later finding out that i am very wrong rn)
