ariana’s best work!! she finally could catch a break from music and came back with her most focused, fully formed, and cohesive body of work. obviously yes, and? was kind of a flop but a flop for ariana is a smash for smaller artists. some of the best music released in 2024!

such an underrated mixtape!! this album is pretty much solid, i think it gets glossed over because of the excellence that followed it (pop 2)

i’ve literally been a raye stan since this album came out and it’s genuinely so amazing. such a great concept and her ability to use her vocals is so good. this is kind of like an experimental jazz pop record. amazing debut!!
favs: ice cream man, body dysmorphia, environmental anxiety, the thrill is gone
eusexua but if it was more focused on its atmosphere. this is definitely her least focused album overall, she doesn’t make much use of her vocals but i think the goal was just to make a fun club record.
favs: hard, predictable girl, sushi
