A refresher from the last two AM albums and honestly not bad. Body Paint is a banger and I really like the first three tracks.
Not only does the title of this album do this album any justice. But it is some of the most putrid uninspired slop that I have listened too. There are only 3 songs that are passable at best meanwhile everything else is painfully mid. Skip this one AM listeners
Shooting Stars is one of the greatest songs ever made. And I really love Way Back Home as well. Definitely better than I thought it was for being a daft punk clone and there are definitely a lot of ok tracks. And tbh song of these songs I just can’t remember off the top of my head and it’s frustrating cause a lot of people seem to really like the other tracks but for me I just get no satisfaction from them. Still good album
A lot of filler tracks on here but honestly Who Knew, I’m Not Dead, and my favorite U + Ur Hand are all really great songs.
Damn this kinda sucks. Ween is one of my 3 favorite bands of all time and genuinely I have never been this bored out of my mind from an album like this in a long time. None of the tracks are really bad, they’re all just ok. Still though even comparing it to the title album which is actually really good, this is a big disappointment.
This is a really great side project album from the legend Dean Ween. Very Consistent and almost every song is good. My own grip is Garry and Mercedes Benz are pretty overrated tracks that I get the inclusion of and are still pretty good but definitely aren’t top 3 on the album.
I got a lot to say about this so I’ll speak where my words allow it. Firstly this is by far the weakest album from this legendary band with a lot of boring and diluted tracks. Along with the consistently being kinda garbage. But there are two incredible tracks on here those being Woman and Man and Your Party which has a very smooth intricate saxophone. But yeah I can definitely understand why this album is hated because this was the send off before Ween went off the grid and this was the ... read more
Probably the most underground artist I’ve ever had the pleasure of discovering but holy crap does this sound good. It’s gonna get worse is an amazing song and for some reason this album just reminds me of Chuck E Cheese. Like the 90s pizza arcade sensation. Great album absolutely recommend.
Pretty solid album. The last good Wolfmother Album đŸ’”Violence of the Sun is my favorite Wolfmother song of all time
Still to this date one of the most obscure and fast paced albums I’ve ever listened to. 29 tracks and not really a lot of bad ones outside of a few REALLY bad ones and these tracks are straight up unlistenable. You definitely need two brains when listening to this, One for listening and one for comprehending. I still don’t know how this album makes me feel but that’s what makes me love it even more. One of the best starter albums for one of my favorite bands ever.
Kinda boring but there are some really good songs on here. To me this band just sounds like white bread rock for plain people. They aren’t bad but they aren’t fantastic. I don’t know maybe this band isn’t my thing but I still like them.
Fairly consistent album but loses points for unnecessary placed instruments that don’t need to be in most songs. I could not ask for more is such an amazing song it kinda sucks no other songs are as good as it. Good album though.
Before I checked out this album. I was very hesitant about liking it. I thought it was gonna be overhyped and performative. I was kinda right. Don’t get me wrong there are some great songs on here like Pink + White, White Ferrari, and Godspeed. However the consistency is pretty terrible and the vocals on Nikes and Self Control are very annoying during parts. It’s a good album but I see a bunch of 100s and 90s being scored by others and I’m just thinking it’s being ... read more
