Lil Durk - Monitoring Me
75

best single so far i actually really like this!

KSI - Thick of It / Low
20

Lunchables never sounded more appealing than right now

Ruth B. - Lost Boy
15

me when I heard a girl sing this at my 3rd grade school talent show:

Linkin Park - Heavy Is the Crown
60

emily just feels so flat to me emotionally idk, this crown doesnt feel heavy to me on this preformances. Solid screaming tho ayy. mikes rapping is solid pretty classic feeling, the bridge before emily comes in is really bad. Instrumentals fine.

Future - MIXTAPE PLUTO
60

Idk plutoski is kinda like the ladidadida thing on Kings Dead its lowkey awesome

Justin Timberlake - SexyBack
NR

I dont know if people realize how crazy of a flex it is to say "im bringing sexy back" and have people just let you say that dude thats fing awesome

Foo Fighters - Everlong
100

Hey guys its everlong by foo fighters, did yall know that water makes things wet?

Joey Valence & Brae - NO HANDS
75

You ever had an album that you kinda just wanted to hate? thats kinda what this album was for me.
The aesthetic of this album kinda annoys me and i cant really explain why ig it just is a lil corny. While I still do think its a little derivative, giving it a fair listen, its just really enjoyable.
The production is pretty fun, and they are really witty and funny on the beat.
Channeling a lil beastie boys energy with some other influences, its just really interesting to see how they do it ... read more

OutKast - The Way You Move
99

Hey Ya obviously gets the love from this album, and the way you move often gets forgotten to time, but this song actually even took #1 over Hey Ya for a week, and held right next to it for like 8 weeks, a testament to its strength.
This song defined how Big Boi approached his post outkast career, with this just infectous natural charisma, and smooth catchy verses. Its proof that big boi knew exactly what be was doing even without andre. So catchy.

OutKast - Hey Ya!
100

This one those rare songs where I think its not just stunning but genuinely literally no exaggeration perfect, like digital love for example.
It doesnt matter who you are, what you believe, Hey Ya is awesome to anybody who has common sense

The Beach Boys - Pet Sounds
65

I mean ifs fundamentally really great, its got imacculate vibes, I could just not get into the vocals at all though, and 60's music in general just doesnt do too much for me, hopefully itll click with me

OutKast - Hollywood Divorce
88

Beat coulda been better but that weezy verse is 2 fukking good

Kanye West - Mercy
85

2 chainz you didnt have to go that fucking hard

Mos Def - Ms. Fat Booty / Mathematics
100

Ok so both these song are perfect but dude, i wanna talk about how outrageous his flow on verse 1 of ms fat booty is
like legitmately ridiculous pocket

Eminem - The Way I Am
100

Prolly top 3 eminem for me?
The flow and cadence is ridiculous.

Linkin Park - In the End
90

Linkin Park is an interesting case, where I think they are like a perfect nostalgia bait band, as in they capture the vibe of when they made their music so well it feels so iconic, but its actually all aged really terribly. In the end though, still has some magic in 2024 i cant deny.

Knocked Loose - You Won't Go Before You're Supposed To
95

Okay so like I liked this album, but it didnt leave too much of an impression so i never wrote a review, but i was going on a school trip, and I was listening to some stuff with my metalhead friend, and he threw on this album, and holy it clicked this was awesomeeee. Some of the most creative metal ive ever heard, awesome awesome band.
(he also told me he uses the intro of this album as his morning alarm which i think is sociopathic)

TV Girl - Who Really Cares
NR

Bro why is this in like every single female friend i have's playlist and why is it so mid
(idk im still listening the vocals just have not clicked at all

Linkin Park - The Emptiness Machine
40

Emptiness machine you said it .
this is so empty mikes vocals are the most cookie cutter linkin park vocals with nothing interesting and an empty preformance.
Emily has no emotion in her vocals, I couldnt possibly relate less to the "emptiness" this is supposed to represent because she doesnt project any real emotion.

What made chester special was how damn real he sounded, re name the band if youre gonna go in this direction because this just doesnt feel the same.

"@B307 ithink i see what you mean, mix isnt something that you really affect my personal listening experience unless its genuinely trash like on jik but i can hear what youre saying on here. Yeah pennyroyals def high school shit, the songs less about the breakup itself and more about how joey struggles to process it because he doesnt really understand what she meant to him, again high school shit, but i think theirs a power to that youthful energy when it forced to be humbled, i guess i see it relatable in like a high schoolish way"

"@B307 ty! been meaning to check out liquid sqords, so yeah ill prolly review that soon! I generally think steez and joey always had a lot more emotional presence and their passion shined through in ways I dont see in some other boombap rappers. 1999 addresses from multiple directions of joeys mindset. I feel like you can really here joeys passion on hardknock, his denial of his heartbreak in pennyroyal is so relatable, his drive on survival tactics rivals people like nas. And i think thats griselda literally biggest problem, westside gunn is so immensly talented, but I feel like he always raps in the same exact way, I know who westside gunn is as a rapper, but I dont feel that inner motivation that makes him tick as a person."
