Pusha T - DAYTONA
90

I like the flows he uses; he's just floating over the instrumentals. I don't really have any complaints about this album. I do find If You Know You Know a little repetitive but besides that my only complaint is that some songs feel a little bland at points. This was my 2nd listen of this so my opinion might change over time.

Joey Bada$$ - Lonely At The Top
83

I like it. I like most of the music I've heard from him, but my main problem was most of what I've heard sounding the same. This felt different and I liked it. While I don't think there are really any standout tracks besides BK'S FINEST, I do still think it was solid. I do hope we get another project from him within the next year or two.

Yeat - DANGEROUS SUMMER
83

first thing from Yeat I've listened to and it's kind of fire.

Kid Cudi - Free

UPDATED REVIEW: It's better than it was on first listen. The intro track is beautiful and has been one of my favorite songs recently to listen to when I'm falling asleep. Neverland is better than it was on first listen also, I think the fact that I knew what I was getting going into the song I could just enjoy it for what it is instead of having an expectation for it. Mr. Miracle I still feel the same way about. Opiate is still great, and the production is nice on it. Deep Diving has ... read more

Slowdive - Souvlaki

really good, shoegaze is becoming my favorite rock subgenre and slowdive is a big part of that. This album has some really amazing songs on it.

A$AP Rocky - TESTING
81

2nd listen of this album and it was better the second time but the middle is still kinda mid

Denzel Curry - KING OF THE MISCHIEVOUS SOUTH
84

Fun album with amazing features. It flows nicely and is very replayable.

Jars of Clay - Jars of Clay
89

instrumentally amazing and lyrically. Very impressed by this album.

A$AP Rocky - LIVE.LOVE.A$AP

Absolutely amazing debut from Rocky. I love cloud rap, so I love this mixtape. This was my second time listening to it and it was better this time, and I can only see it growing on me. I love the beats on all the songs and Rocky has a great voice.

Palace was an amazing way to start the mixtape.

Kings Kaleidoscope - Becoming Who We Are
68

Very interesting. Not what I was expecting but it was good. It took me a few tracks to get used to his voice, but it was good. Writing was good my only real problem was some of the instrumentation felt almost childish which I'm personally not a fan of in music.

Vince Staples - Dark Times
83

Dark Times is interesting to me, I like it, but I don't go back to it. It kind of came and went for me.

Tanna Leone - Sleepy Soldier
75

I wish the deluxe was on here because I believe lucky and with the villains are two of the best songs, but I personally enjoy this album. I like the instrumentals and vocals for the most part, but I think it lacks in lyrics and some of the vocal choices like on butterfly are not that good.

Great for a debut album in my opinion and I hope he drops again soon because he has a lot of potential. Also, side note this is not my first time listening to this. I've listened to it since it dropped.

Quadeca - I Didn't Mean to Haunt You
93

This album is a little better than Vanisher to me. That might change over time considering I've listened to almost 10,000 minutes of this album and Vanisher just came out, but I prefer the instrumentals and concept of this album a little more. house settling and born yesterday are so good. The concept of it being about someone that died and is a ghost and sees all that was going on after his passing is very interesting and sad. I thought From Me to You was a decent album, even though it ... read more

All Together Separate - All Together Separate

I was pleasantly surprised by this album. The instrumentation was amazing, and the vocals were great. Lyrically I liked it also. There were a few tracks I wasn't that impressed with but the run from Paradigm (my favorite song) to camouflage soul was amazing. The other songs besides those I wasn't that much of a fan of.

Lift to Experience - The Texas-Jerusalem Crossroads
98

Peak rock album in my opinion. Just As Was Told set it up perfectly but is still lowkey a crazy way to start an album. I like how some songs are very empty sounding and others there is a lot going on. There is a good amount of variety within the songs and I like it a lot. This does not feel like it's an hour and a half long and it flows really well. The instrumentation is so beautiful on the whole album and the vocals are amazing. The story and lyrics in the album are very interesting, ... read more

Quadeca - Vanisher, Horizon Scraper

Very well made, the album is very cohesive, and everything feels necessary in the album. FORGONE is a near 8 minute masterpiece and is my favorite on the album but the whole album is amazing.

Don Toliver - Life of a DON
78

I like his vocals a lot and I understand how people find it boring, but I personally don't find it that boring.

Tyler, The Creator - CHROMAKOPIA
70

Lyrically good and instrumentally for the most part but I personally don't go out of my way to listen to this album. Balloon also a terrible song and brings the album down by a lot.

LUCKI - Body High
88

Amazing, I was surprised with how good the lyrics were. They weren't nothing too amazing, but they had meaning and were deep. Instrumentally I thought this album was amazing also. If I had to choose a favorite song it'd be either Witchcraft, Xan Cage, or Slow Down.

Post Malone - AUSTIN

Original Review: Overhated idc what anyone say

New Review: I don't like this album as much as I did for the first year and a half after it dropped, but it holds a special place in my heart, and I still think it is an amazing album. I think this is the album that truly got me into music. I have always listened to music as most people have, and I used to play guitar, but I felt like I didn't have a true passion for music until about 2022-2023 and I give a lot of credit to this album ... read more
