Extricate ... proved beyond a doubt that the Fall were not too old to still be a part of this punk rock thang.

Pitchfork

Extricate is a more integral Fall album than it's often given credit for.

Rolling Stone

Extricate ... lacks the melodic cogency of its predecessors, but to its credit, the Fall does offer some interesting substitutions, including the sequencer-fueled dance groove of "Telephone Thing".

Black Monk Theme (Part 1) is a good time but otherwise I didn't find much interest in this album from The Fall.

Another pretty well made project from the Fall. I think that I need another listen for it because most of the stuff I forgot about and I want to comment on the details of this one in particular. I have a feeling I'm missing something really important.
