Eu realmente não sou ligado neste tipo de som, e pra falar a verdade gostei mesmo de umas duas faixas deste disco, mas ñ tem como negar que este é um bom disco de doom. Na verdade nem sei se dá pra dizer que é algum tipo de doom metal, pela forte influência do rock alternativo dos anos 90, aquela sonoridade pesada típica do grunge (considerável já que o produtor é o jack endino). Windhand music returns to the starting point with perpetual motion, to restart each time from where it had apparently ended. A cyclic music that flows ineluctable, in slow motion, dragging itself with heavy pace. There is no tragic nature or theatricality in their resignation. Only indolence, exhaustion and awareness of one's inability to change the natural flow of events.
