This is one of my favorite industrial metal albums of all time. Mein Herz Brennt is one of the few songs in existence that makes symphonic metal work well, making it one of my favorite songs in the genre. Links 2 3 4, Sonne, Ich Will, and Zwitter are some of the first songs I think of when I think of the genre of industrial metal. As a whole, Mutter is very representative of the German neue deutsche harte sound, and there's no better band on that front than Rammstein.

The instrumentals were very epic. The songs go hard and they are heavy. It's an amazing experience and is my personal favourite Rammstein album.

Edit: Honestly soke of these songs are way too good such as the 3 mentioned below

Best Songs: Mein Herz Brent, Feuer Frie!, Mutter
A masterpiece.

Rammstein's most consistent and most otherworldly album, next to their debut. With its intriguing albumcover, a dead fetus, taken by Daniel & Geo Fuchs for their book Conserving this album pulls you right in. This one yields some of their most iconic songs in succesion, 1 to 6 are all bonafied evergreen Rammstein classics. Mein Herz Brennt, Links 2 3 4, Sonne, Ich Will, Feuer Frei and Mutter. Sonne with its transcendent female vocal samples, soaring chorus and mountain ... read more
