A very strong comeback album from my favorite German metal outfit. At time a little more electro industrial and goth, Rammstein pull theough with a viseral album that may not have the ruthless consistency of their greatest works but makes for an exciting return.

This is Rammstein's best album since 2005. Every single song brings the Rammstein sound to the table in full force, while including some surprising twists and turns along the way (didn't expect AUSLÄNDER to be a pop rock song, but hey, it works). Fun and interesting, although some songs touch on German history, it still sounds fun and of course the best song will remain Deutschland in my opinion. And there are also more interesting albums than this one, although this one may be Mutter favorite.
I was nervous when I heard of the "comeback" but oh so very relived that they stuck to their sound and what they're good at.
