This album is a solid late-era project from the group. The production updates their sound with heavier, early-90s hip hop beats while still keeping the straightforward Run-D.M.C. delivery.
Run and D.M.C. still have strong chemistry, and the title track stands out with its big, commanding energy. At the same time, some of the songs don’t leave much of a lasting impression and feel pretty standard.

Trying to review all the albums I heard before joining AOTY so I feel better about the idea of listening to new music #10:
This album has some of my favorite Run-DMC material on it, but it's also full of skips. Sort of how these kinds of albums tend to go. Down With The King (the song) is one of my favorite songs from the group period though, so it's not a completely worthless project.
