Moby's most unified and understated album, and all the better for it, Wait for Me is a morose set of elegantly bleary material, quite a shift from the hedonistic club tracks of Last Night.

Moby is a peculiar man but I can't deny his incredible producing skills and having such a great knack for downtempo / trip hop like tracks. Cause I'm a sucker for that genre and a hardcore fan of it. What Moby does here on this record is really get it down to a "T". Blending downtempo vibes with these great vocals all over the record. I just really like this record and a silent fan of the guy's work lol...until now.

Wait For Me is a slow, beautiful, depressing experience - gentle, calm ambient mixed with elegantly soft vocal delivery. A treat to listen to for anyone wanting to just get lost for a bit. Mistake is also there.

moby during the bonus track- "i made this song sound terrible on purpose as i got reminded by a childhood event where this strange man looked at me with a very ugly car and radio who died in a terrible car crash moments later and i wanted to recreate that sound" (not real events)
