Straight Outta Compton is no doubt the more revolutionary album, yet Eazy-Duz-It is a great companion, showcasing N.W.A's sense of humor and, despite the often violent subject matter, casting them in a lighter, more humorous mood.

Transphobia and below-average lyrical ability? Uhhhh, yeah, maybe leave this one for later. Eazy-er Said Than Dunn is still a 10 though.
12/08/25 Edit: I've been on a 80's kick recently and I've come around a bit on the lyrical ability to an extent. He's got a less-is-more approach vocally, flow, word choice (phonetically) that's really infectious and earwormy. This era has an air of whimsy to it that I can't help but find ... read more
The Eazy-E disrespect on this website is outright stupid, this is one of the 80's best albums. I'm not even sure why it gets disrespected so hard outside of AOTY nerds thinking he's an overrated rapper who gets overhyped by the casuals, as the flaws of the album aren't even really connected to him. He has an incredible mic presence, not only from his powerful voice, but also how he conducts himself. He spits his lyrics with complete conviction, which amplifies the beats dramatically, as seen on ... read more
N.W.A. got a very mixed reception when they came out in the late 80s. While they had lots of fans, they also had just as many, if not more haters. As rap music was becoming more and more violent, Republicans kept censuring the genre, trying to put an end to it entirely. If anyone was the biggest face of all this aggression and ruthlessness, it was the (Redacted) Wit’ Attitudes. Nonetheless, the group never hesitated to deliver some of the most gangsta music in hip hop. While the best of ... read more
3 hyvää biisiä ja muut erittäin unohdettavia. Erittäin iso pettymys Easy-E muistetaan mutta hänen tuotantonsa ei ole kovin hyvää aiheellisesti vielä muita enemmän vanhentunut.
First Hip-Hop album I ever listened to front to back. Rest in peace Eazy-E. This album is pretty good but it suffers from Eazy-E’s repetitive flows, and samesy feeling production. The songs off this album alone range from good to great but as an album it gets grueling by the fifth song. Once again this album is not terrible I’m giving it a good rating for a reason but as a ALBUM experience it lacks. This album truly excels in its actual fun moments especially on the classic ... read more
