King Tuff is fun and that’s all you can ask.
Even though it's nowhere near as consistently great as Was Dead, it's nice to witness a songwriter like Kyle Thomas treading unfamiliar territory instead of delivering more of the same.
Calling on a series of well worn rock staples, King Tuff is a fine album that pushes no boundaries, but is quite content to get the party started.
It’s catchy, instantly memorable, and—most importantly—fun.
A fairly mediocre garage rock album. The singing really is the major flaw of this as I really dont gel with the vocalists voice.
