A very groovy 70's album that feels informed by rich southern rock, but filtered through the classic rock sound that they all crafted. It's got an edge to it, nothing that crosses the line like Queen, but it has it's own voice that is really good without trying too hard. It feels naturally cool.
Stone Woman - 86
Chasin' Ladies - 93
Goin' Easy - 81
Love Me Hard - 84
From a Dry Camel - 89
Often Shadows Felt - 93
Loose Goose - 90
I used to blast "Chasin' Ladies" when I was young because the chorus sounding really awesome to me. Now, a little less so, but still a killer track within an album that is otherwise competent.
