A$AP definitely showed his creative side with this. I absolutely love when hip-hop artists release experimental albums and it works out. Unfortunately there were a bunch of mid-tier filler tracks scattered around that would've insanely boosted it if he sounded more like he tried on them. Ashamed to have been a fan of you at one point

Im sad to say that this album disappointed me... You may be asking: Elijah, why are you disappointed in an 88 rating? Well, I waited 3 years to get my least favorite album he has ever dropped. Now don't get me wrong, JID's lyrical talent and delivery haven't dropped 1 bit after analysis. I absolutely LOVED the production on this too. Dicaprio 2, although weaker than The Never Story, was just proof that JID's rapping was one of the best in the world. The flow switches were peak and the fact that just 1 year after his debut he was keeping up and sometimes better than the likes of J. Cole, Joey Bada$$, and Method Man is astonishing to me.
