This has gotta be one of the most unique R&B albums I’ve ever heard.
this album was an unparalleled spiritual experience that made me ascend like never before. A glorious experience, it has no vocals, it's purely instrumental, a very spiritual album rich in instrumentation. I was surprised that she didn't sing, it's just instrumental, but it was very easy to listen to. What a great experience!
A very enjoyable electronic dance album to listen to. I like the vibe and atmosphere that horsegiirl creates on the album; it's very nice and fun. The songs flow well together, but the second half of the album steals the show. It's more consistent than the first half, which is somewhat out of place. Great album, perfect for summer.
Unfairly hated, this album deserved more love. I think what works against it is that it doesn't have as defined a sound as their previous albums, so it's more disjointed. That's why I would have liked a whole trip-hop album, like the first song and others. It's a solid album; their covers and visuals are the best, which is what I love most about Yeule. This album is very good, but it could have been better.
I'm not a big shoegaze fan, but this album is perfect. It combines several genres and sounds heavenly. It's also her most personal and "human" album, since in previous ones she felt like a robot. Here she opens up more to us. A beautiful, very tender and sweet voice, and exquisite production. A very special album.
This is their kick, their most experimental and chaotic album. It's so much fun, super electronic and crazy. DBSHTYOB is the best track on the album, which is ironic since it's more acoustic and the most different on the album, but it's absolutely beautiful.
An intimate and shy album, I love it. It feels like a hug for the soul; it's so cold and warm, with that magnificent combination of synthpop and ambient pop. Without a doubt, Yeule is here to stay.
The bible of hyperpop, a transcendental album that takes you to another universe—super galactic, colorful, futuristic, brilliant, industrial. I love how varied the songs are; they're very intelligent, the way they're constructed. To think she did it all alone seems incredibly legendary. It's beautiful, raw, all at once—an electronic interstellar journey. A perfect album, I have no complaints. Rest in peace, Sophie. We will always have you in our hearts. 😩🫶💜
