Based on all the bad press, I thought I would really dislike this album, but nah. It's a silly album, but Ringo himself is silly, so you could argue this is the most Ringo album ever.

not worth the 5 year wait, but ts fun as hell

Ella Guru is a fine track. I'm too lazy to listen to the album again to form an opinion about the others.

This is really one of my favourite albums of all time, but like all things in life, it's not perfect.
Cloudburst at Shingle Street is kinda dated compared to the rest of the album, but it's a good sond netherless.
Now talking about the bonus tracks on the collectors edition: Urges and Therapy/Growth are amazing songs, and the rock version of Radio Silence is a good refreshing on one of the best songs of the album.

pretty fire tbh

I've spent many, many years not listening to this album because of the "RYM-core" thing. I just assumed it was as presumptuous as some of the critics there.
Last year, after a friend recommended it to me, I decided to give it a shot, and I realized that the album is... pretty good actually!

5 years ago I've listened to this album for the first time when I was playing GTA IV (also for the first time). I hated the game, but this album made the experience of playing it a little less painful. It really stuck with me after that.
After that, I decided to listen to the rest of Prince's albums (not all of them yet, dude has a HUGE discography), and though this word is often thrown around without much reason, I have a reason to say it: this guy was a GENIUS!

Too pop for my taste

If the production wasn't so dated I believe it would be regarded as an equal (if not) better album than Songs from the Big Chair.

O pior álbum deles, chato pra cacete mané, eles podiam ter seguido a risca o título da Don't Bother Me e não deixar o ouvinte aborrecido escutando essa porcaria.

I've Just Seen a Face me faz ter um gostinho de quero mais, infelizmente eles não tem muitas músicas country na carreira deles assim.

Parabéns Ringo, por me fazer querer virar baterista desde pequeno com esse solo fodástico na The End.
