Recommended by my good pal Philip who has a knack for these math rock emo bands. It features some pretty catchy earworms but doesn't really go anywhere. It's only 14 minutes and 5 tracks. Yeah, it's an ep, but you could've easily added 2 more tracks and reach the threshold of 20 minutes so it could feel anymore complete. I'd be lying if I said All in my Head wasn't on repeat but I don't review songs, I review albums.

Promise is what Love Deluxe thought it was.

An absolutely incredible experience from beginning to end. Sade enchants you with their approach of mixing soulful jazz and pop conventions. Is It a Crime is one of the best album openers I've ever had the privilege of listening to. It carries that energy throughout most of the album. I discovered this album when I went to check my discover weekly on Spotify, hit shuffle, and Fell on Love was the first song that appeared. I was instantly enraptured.

This album is perfect. There is not one second I would want to change about this album. Everything is so top notch. The production, the flow, the songwriting, the vibe, everything.
