If you can somehow get passed the poor production then this isn’t too bad, however it doesn’t really offer anything new, or lead Interpol in a new direction. It just seems to exist for the sake of it. That being said I wouldn’t skip at track on this EP if it came up on a playlist but I wouldn’t actively play most of them.

If you're thinking about listening to this album, do, but be wary. The album doesn't get into a groove until 'Dark Visions'. 'Georgia', the final song, is one of the most wonderful tracks I've heard in a while, especially from an indie band
Basically, it was always going to be a Longshot that Catfish would change it up on this album. This album really is a Mission to sit through and listen to as they don’t Fluctuate away from their formula which is a shame 2all of us.

This album is hit and miss. The singles are very fun but there is a lot of filler songs present. The super clean production takes some of the edge off more of the guitar-driven songs on this album.
The problem with Don Broco, which is also present on their third album, 'Technology', is that they seem to choose quantity over quality when it comes to releasing albums. I suppose this is more to do with the commercial side of it and not a choice made by the band, but it really puts a damper on ... read more
