Funny how by both this outfit and by the main project The Kilimanjaro Doomjazz Corporation their final records I love the most
The first time I heard this I was expecting more of an "Approaching Menace" sound, so naturally I felt great disappointment realizing that this one track off of this record is very unique compared to the rest on here. Revisiting this now many years later I can easily enough appreciate the record as a whole, although I most probably would not be going back at it a third time: it's too long for its own good, since not all numbers explore some new idea and introduce new inventive ... read more
The previous entry to this "Revisited" series (Laibach Revisited) is much closer to my taste than this one. Curious to see if there are going to be other such installments of some other records of theirs (Nova akorpola/Slovenska akropola, Kapital, WAT...)
