I think my original rating was me just hating to hate and also I was annoyed at how overplayed a lot of this album was but I don’t think it’s nearly as bad of an album as I originally rated this. I think there are genuinely a couple really enjoyable songs on here and a few songs I still really like but honestly, I think about 2/3rds of this album is so fucking mid, forgettable, or bad. I think this album is so bloated and has so many tracks that have really ... read more
More life is a pretty mixed bag for me honestly. There are some genuine classic songs on here that I still love to this day but then there are also a decent amount of songs I thought were just ok or were missing a bit of memorability for me personally but for the most part I did enjoy the majority of the tracks on here. I really enjoyed the singing, production, and features a lot on here but for me, a lot of the rapping songs weren’t as good as the R&B songs in my honest opinion on ... read more
*Just rating the deluxe songs*
I usually don’t rate deluxe projects but I felt like this should be an exception. I fell in love with slayrs music after listening to the regular version of this mixtape and I thought that mixtape was genuinely near perfect and blew me away. I didn’t give that album enough attention last year when it came out because I just heard it this year a couple of months ago. I felt like I needed to give this project so even more attention that it deserves and ... read more
This was my first time ever listening to DJ shadow and holy crap was this album amazing. I was missing out on this masterpiece for years and I had no idea. This album is easily one of the best instrumental albums and producer albums that I’ve ever heard in my entire life. The production is so dynamic, so smooth, so catchy and just incredible to listen to. It literally sounds like I’m listening to pure art being drawn right in front of my eyes. This album is stunning in basically ... read more
This was my first time listening to Hugh Masekela and for the most part, I thought this was an enjoyable jazz album. I did think some of the songs on here were longer than they should have been or a bit less memorable in comparison to other songs on here but overall, I thought this was a good and simple jazz album. I honestly don’t have too much else to say about this besides the fact that I enjoyed this album for the most part but I don’t see myself coming back to this album if ... read more

Honestly I definitely underrated this album the first time I listened to it. Coming back to this album made me realize just how under appreciated this album is in my opinion. I genuinely think this album has a lot of perfect songs on here that blend R&B, pop, and rap together in a way that only Drake can do. I think this album has some of his best and catchiest pop rap songs as well in my honest opinion and I really enjoyed the majority of the songs on this album. A lot ... read more
Drake and futures first collab project is honestly just alright in my opinion. I think for the most part these songs are decent enough for what they are but there really wasn’t too many songs on here that really blew me away besides a couple of tracks. This project was just fine, ok production, ok writing, ok everything basically. I honestly don’t have too many strong thoughts about this project for either way you look at it. This project just falls in the middle for me tbh.

D4vd is a monster and should be locked up forever. Rest in peace Celeste and I hope he gets what he deserves.

This is definitely one of Drakes best mixtapes but honestly I think it might be just slightly overhyped. I think this mixtape starts off so damn strong with banger after banger and then as the mixtape progresses I feel like it starts to get less and less memorable and it just kind of flatlines in terms of quality. While the songs are still enjoyable, they are just nowhere near as memorable as the songs in the beginning. Then thankfully the album starts to pick up a bit again towards the end ... read more
I think this is easily one of drakes best albums he’s ever made. It’s super consistent, has some of his best writing ever, some of his catchiest songs to date, and some of his best rapping and singing from all of his albums. I think this album should be considered as one of his best and I think it’s on the same level as take care, if not better in my opinion. Both albums are very similar in quality to me but damn I love soooo many songs off of this album. I love so many ... read more
Drakes debut album is honestly pretty good overall. It’s really consistent and is filled with a bunch of just good songs. That’s my issue with it though, these songs are just good. There really aren’t very many moments on here that blew me away or stood out to me as super memorable to me besides a couple of tracks. I also thought there were a couple songs that were just ok. With that being said, this album was good, it was a solid debut, and I enjoyed basically every song on ... read more
Drakes debut mixtape is honestly a very mixed bag of quality in my opinion. I think there are a couple classic songs on here but there are also a couple bad songs on here as well. I do think the majority of the songs on here range from mid to good however. This mixtape honestly is inoffensive for the most part and is very forgettable for lots of the runtime on here and a lot of the songs just felt very underwhelming overall. I don’t really have too much to say about this besides ... read more
This is my first time listening to Siouxsie and the Banshees and I honestly had no idea what to expect going into this album. This album is incredibly dark in terms of its writing, themes, and vocals but also somehow manages to have some insanely addicting and catchy melodies, instrumentations and singing. This album honestly is super interesting for a lot of reasons but also equally as weird and dark. I think overall, this album was actually insanely good and shocked me with how much I ... read more
This was my first time listening to a solo McCartney album but I adore band on the run and other songs from him so I was excited to see how his debut was and where he started! Honestly this was a pretty good debut except I do think it was a bit weird at times. Half of the songs on here are very short and feel underdeveloped and just weren’t long enough to really pull me in while other songs were fully fleshed out masterpieces. I think the majority of this album however falls in the good ... read more
This is the second CCR album that I’ve listened to and overall I enjoyed this basically just as much as the album they made after this. This album has some genuinely amazing tracks that are classics and the instrumentation, writing, and vocals are all amazing. I do think a couple songs are a bit long or feel underwhelming in comparison to other songs on here but for the most part I thought this album was amazing and has some truly great moments on here from start to finish. There are only ... read more
This was my first time listening to Iron Maiden and I genuinely loved this album. I thought the instrumentation was so dynamic and interesting and the songs were just so jam packed with amazing moments, crazy guitar licks and great instrumentation all around. Some of my favorite moments on here were the pure instrumental segments and solos and I loved the vibe of this album. I thought every song on here was a blast and this album was just an amazing debut album from the band in my opinion. I ... read more
After the last Brian Eno album I listened to, I wasn’t too excited to listen to listen album if I’m being honest because I thought it was going to be another ambient focused album but it wasn’t. I actually really liked this album for the most part and I especially loved the opening and closing tracks the most personally. I thought the rest of the songs on here had solid instrumentation and vocals but I did think a couple songs got a bit too wacky at times for me personally. ... read more
Illeniums newest album started off pretty strong in my opinion and I had some higher hopes for this project but then as the album went on, it slowly became more and more underwhelming to me. I think this album is filled with the cutting room floor of material from him to be honest. There were a couple bad songs on here and a couple songs I loved but honestly for the most part I just thought the majority of this album was alright, okay, or passable. The music wasn’t really offensive in any ... read more

This is easily one of my least favorite albums from illenium and I think it’s personally one of his most inconsistent as well. I think there are moments on here that are really good and blend the metal and electronic sounds nicely but then there are other song that I find to be annoying at times or forgettable and redundant. I think most of the songs on here are ok but nothing too memorable and then there are a couple highlights and a couple lowlights for me. This is ... read more
