Definitely has some bangers on it and some really great songs. There’s not really any songs that standed out to me as being weak. Going to have to rest on this for awhile to get some clear thoughts.
Ringo you have to stop. Your smoke too tough. Your swag too different. Your bitch is too bad. They’ll kill you Ringo.
“I think therefore I Rock N’ Roll”
THAT’S COLD MOTHERFUCKING BARS!!! YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THAT
“Ringo gets by with a little help from his friends.”
Not a masterpiece by any means but a very fun collection of early 70s pop rock tunes written by Ringo and his friends. There’s a charm to this album that I can’t explain but it’s definitely fueled by Ringo’s charisma which may be his best attribute as a musician.
You’re Sixteen is awful though.
Probably the best folk rock album ever made. This album is over 100 minutes and it has no skips (except maybe Apple Scruffs).
Probably wouldn’t dislike most of Drake’s albums this much if they didn’t go on forever. You Only Live Twice is pretty good though.
The album is like trudging through a desert of filler songs and then about halfway through coming across a lake called Nice For What. Nice For What is by far the best song on the album and is Drake’s best song period but it’s short lived and you must trudge back through the desert until it ends.
Gains points for having a pretty great closer but it loses points for having Fuh You on it.
