This is so fire. Last couple songs deflate the momentum a bit but this is super well-realized.
I like the sequencing better here. I like the version of Across the Universe a little better here. I do like the version of Long and Winding Road, even if I prefer the orchestral version more. So fire. First half is unreal, and the rest never really matches the high that is that crazy run of songs. But still really great.
Holy shit. Stunning. Loved her last album but this is exactly the artistic evolution and growth I hoped for. Love the pivot to a lot of live instrumentation.

Shouldn’t really be considered an album, but fine. It’s a handful of decently good Beatle throwaways and two previously released songs that soundtrack the movie slapped in front of the score for the movie. It’s silly to rate this as an album. For what it is, it’s cool! Film score sounds nice!
Obviously great and has many amazing songs on it, but it being so long and having such varying quality between some of the deep cuts is really hindering to it as an album experience.
Only know her from her feature on a Tinashe song, but I saw the album cover and gave this a try. And this was really good! Lots of talent, socially conscious lyrics, great production.
Eleanor Rigby is my favorite Beatles song. Tomorrow Never Knows might be my second fav.
