(Weekly Thoughtful Review) Sweetener solidified Ariana Grande as a pop powerhouse, making her the top pop girl at the time. By this time in her career, she already had a profound understanding of how to make a perfect pop song. Each hit on this album felt organic, which many "hits" lack nowadays. This album has aged well, while still having a sound reminiscent of the 2010s. Without monumental albums like Sweetener, there would be no Sabrina Carpenter.
