A Disney pop star is making more interesting music than your favorite underground band. Accept it already.
After listening to We Pray, I expected something worse than Music of the Spheres, but this ain't that bad. The album literally contains some of their best pop efforts.
So this is my first time listening to The Smile. My first impressions:
-Oh I like the acoustic guitar, this sounds like something from A Moon Shaped Pool or In Rainbows
-Wow this lady sounds a lot like Thom Yorke
-Wait a minute....is this Thom Yorke?
Hehe, nice, chill album.
This is as sincere as music can get. I hope he has mentally recovered from whatever he went through, and now, I wish him a speedy physical recovery. May he continue to make music for many many years.
