Kanye West - Donda

we gonna be ok

Billie Eilish - Happier Than Ever
90

im in love with this

Vince Staples - Vince Staples
80

This records pretty low key and I think that's what I love about it.

Olivia Rodrigo - SOUR
70

I AM COMING AFTER WHOEVER HURT THIS LADY

girl in red - if i could make it go quiet
40

I like girl in red's first 2 eps but it sounds like she kinda dropped the ball on this one.

Mogwai - As the Love Continues
50

yeah idk if im a baby zoomer or some shit but this didnt do it for me

Jazmine Sullivan - Heaux Tales
60

This album is pretty smooth for the most part but the track list can feel a bit extensive and a bit derivative of other tracks on the project.

slowthai - TYRON
70

TYRON shares two sides of slowthai's life: one a thrilling and exciting ride, the other an emotional journey into his inner thoughts. The second disc of the album is overall more potent than the first but I can't discredit the entertaining bits in the first.

Katy Kirby - Cool Dry Place
70

Katy Kirby's debut isn't trying to reinvent the wheel but does a pretty solid job at rounding it out.

Black Country, New Road - For the first time
80

The debut rock outfit, Black Country, New Road, have put out an impressive 40 minutes of progressive rock.

EDIT: I thought this album was good initially but damn it really grew on me.

Logic - No Pressure
70

No Pressure is a big step in the right direction for Logic after COADM, it’s too bad it’s Logics last step. This does feel like a solid send off for Logics career.

Taylor Swift - folklore
90

Hearing Taylor was surprise dropping a folk record I was skeptical at first, then I found out it was produced by Jack Antonoff and all my doubt went away. Her new album brings a majority of new sounds for Taylor that I would love to see explored. After listening to it I’m pretty confident in saying this is Taylor Swifts beat album of all time.

Jessie Ware - What's Your Pleasure?
90

I haven't really listened to Jessie Ware before this album came out, and for the first time hearing one of her albums i can definitely say i am very impressed. This is the first album I've heard all year that's made me want to get up and jump around my room listening to it. It's crazy the energy dance pop can give to someone.
