So many fillers but the ratings to this album is a bit harsh. I mean the guy still delivers the most of what he promises. The massive hits are missing which were allover the previous albums but this one still stands strong though. Hold MY Hand is a great one. Pepperpot is lovely, slept on song...
So many hits and gems on this one too. Interesting fact, I used to love Temperature, Ever blazin', We be burnin, breakout, straight up, connection, Give it up to me a lot when I was a little kid and I was not into Never Gonna Be The Same but lately I decided to check Sean Paul's music again and Never Gonna Be The Same hit differently to me. It's like my fav song from the album now. It's def one of the best albums of Sean Paul and one of the highlights of his career.
A bit long but otherwise it's a perfect album. One can easily say it's a classic for the genre. I'm Still In Love With You is my gem. Don't need to mention all the popular hit songs such as Get Busy, Baby Boy etc. Loved Sean Paul's music since I was a child. Still love it today. Makes you feel great, makes you wanna dance.
Great concept, great vibes and beautiful music. He might never deliver another Starboy kinda album which I'd love to death but he always delivers great music regardless.
Amazing album but I don't feel all the songs like I did with Starboy on this one. Still, songs like In Your Eyes, Save Your Tears are really enough to save an ordinary album and this is definitely better and more characteristical than an average "pop" album.
I'm in love with the whole sound and vibe of this album. Probably my fav Weeknd album. Only thing I'd criticize it for might be that some songs at the end kinda felt like repeated, very similar to some previous ones and not better than those at all. Could have been few songs shorter but still a great album. Almost perfect.
Some nice gems here and there but 19 tracks might have been cut to half, some tracks were felt like fillers to me. The Drake feature and some other songs I'm not sure which ones, were standouts to me.
Even more impressive rapping than he did on his previous effort KOD. Some amazing beats again. Cole is developing into a great all round musician rapper.
The LP is constantly listenable, never exciting; never poor, and never outstanding. It simply exists, the musical equivalent of an inanimate object.
Beats Per Minute says. I guess this exactly what I thought.
This like what Devil's Night is to Eminem, to 50 Cent. I mean just like Devil's Night was stolen by Em this was kinda stolen by 50. Almost feels like a 50 album with collabs. So many amazing beats, hooks and flows on this one. Very enjoyable to bump in the car riding around.
Far from his best work but he never is boring and always picks nice beats that you can bump your head to.
yes, 95. Because this is the best he can do and it's amazingly replayable, enjoyable. The beats, the melodies, the sounds and the whole vibe in this album is something else. If you are into rap music, you won't be skipping any tracks on this one. If you're into lyricism and socially woke content you're in the wrong place anyway...
Well, user score says it all. This doesn't soundlike Elvis album to me.
