Normally in AM records, there will be like 2 songs that is a step down from the rest of the bangers. None of the songs from FWN is a step down.
Kinda ironic that Arctic monkeys does excellent desert rock. Would be a very solid album if you remove The fire and the thud and potion approaching.
Crying lightning might be my favourite AM song, the guitar riffs, drums, bassline and the melody it's all chaotic but in a good way
Mostly killer, got filler.
Actually, listening to disc 1 and disc 2 on seperate occasions makes this whole album experience much better

Even though it was my favorite beatles album when i was doing my deep dive, I tend to revisit this one less and less. This is still a classic in many ways and a perfect sendoff to the beatles. So it's not perfect, but it's damn damn good man.

It just did not feel like it holds up, there are heavier songs from other people, more and more punk muscians carried the torch and made the flame glow brighter. First listen me thought of it as a skeleton, essisental but incomplete. Now i think it holds up, and it's a banger"
