Knocked Loose - You Won't Go Before You're Supposed To

The hype is overwhelming.... I don't get it.

The Black Dahlia Murder - Servitude
63

Solid album from this band. RIP to the frontman tho.

Marilyn Manson - One Assassination Under God - Chapter 1

Listen... A slight improvement over We are chaos but still felt bland. I felt the instrumentation was carrying the album it was Heavy for sure but lyrics didn't really Catch me which not surprised. Overall ok listen.

Opeth - The Last Will and Testament
67

Production was nice and instrumention was good too. Felt slow regardless it's enjoyable most of the time

Juice WRLD - The Party Never Ends

Rushed it felt and it's just another cash grab for the label. I was afraid of how it was gonna sounds and as expected it's not good or great. Sometimes did stand alone to me like Misfits and Lace it and I believe a few others that I can't figure out the names but all I can say is fuck LIL BIBBY.

Only cares for himself and not the legacy of juice and that goes for the label as well.

Overall I'm glad it's done, definitely would of been different if he was ... read more

Dizzy Wright - Blaze With Us 3

This series has its ups and downs but this one in particular felt blandish. Production was ok tho at best.

Ice Cube - Man Down

Cube back with an album, honestly I somewhat enjoyed it collabs weren't bad but production was meh but overall it wasn't bad.

Ice Spice - Y2K!

Hope I get Ear Cancer after this.

Kenny Mason - Angel Eyes

Overall it wasn't bad at all I actually liked a few tracks from Kenny. Hope he grows more as an artist.

Polo G - HOOD POET

I forgot this drop this year and I also forgot I listened to it so I went back and see why I forgot it I listened to the whole thing and now I see why this is probably one of the most disappointing albums of rap/trap this year.

Sheff G - Proud Of Myself

For a debut album. This is a major flop.

Kendrick Lamar - GNX
97

The almost perfect album of this year... I'm only saying that cuz only two songs were alright but ik it'll grow on me... The biggest surprise of this year. We thought we had to wait for a year or so but man he's fucking cooking this year and honestly it's HIS year. Only him, Eminem and Vince in my opinion are gonna take the crown of best rapper this year and as of rn Kendrick is landing on that spot.

Production and everything was beautiful. Collabs were great fitting and ... read more

Marshmello - The R∞ts

Sounded like he kept going back to his older formula. Sometimes it's best to be left alone.

Desiigner - Rebirth

I was generous enough for him to give this a 20....

Yung Bleu - JEREMY
59

Overall it's not bad it felt it had some missing pieces but to me this is an improvement for him.

Shawn Mendes - Shawn
60

Not a bad album all around. Good singing and good production. Loved his cover on hallelujah.

Jordan Rudess - Permission To Fly
80

Himself as a musician as a whole is beautiful. I never really listened to his own projects till now and I gotta say I'm impressed. Production sounded like Haken and DT in one blend and it was beautiful.

When DT drops there album in 2025 i got high expectations for sure and this to me is something on the side for now.

Jordan's vocals were good too. Some had great reverbs as well and production. Overall good listen.

Cordae - The Crossroads

Another album I felt like he definitely put in his soul and craft into these songs, the production and collaborations are nice touch on the album only a few I felt like were not bad but could be better. I personally like this artist it's pretty good album I love more still but this album is good.

Linkin Park - From Zero

Man... There back after 7 years... 7 long years of a waiting game and I even thought they might not even put out another album... I was wrong. There back with a new singer Amy Armstrong. At first I didn't know what to think of her but I came with a open mind of course. Heard the singles and I was blown away from the few. Like Two Faced and Heavy Is The Crown.

At that moment I was obviously still weighing on if I'll like her throughout the whole album... Once again she didn't ... read more

Skillet - Revolution

A tiny bit under sixty. Honestly this is there most improvement in a while since 2016. Vocals were the strong point on this album. A few songs I liked too. Overall it isn't bad.
