Gunna Brasileiro
Nunca tinha escutado nenhum som do Tchelo, e não tinha expectativas pra isso. Realmente um dos melhores projetos do trap nacional esse ano.
Danny carried the load this year with JPEG, and now he's coming out with a solo album after four years, bringing one of the best lyrics and by far one of the five best productions of 2023
he seems to work best with a few tracks, it's time to stop with the hour-long projects
she wants to be carti so badly, but this time she's got it right and defined a more original sound
I understand the hype that this has gained in 2021, although there are bangers that were impossible to escape at the time of release there is still a lot to improve on so as not to fall into the thematic monotony of a teen pop project
i'm glad trippie finally released something listenable this year, it's not as bad as they're saying
I understand the influence and impact of this album from its time to the present day, but it hasn't aged very well, becoming a very dated product of its time
I was honestly afraid that this album would be as average as the last few releases by Opium artists, and my biggest fear was that the project would be too long, just like If Looks Could Kill. Another issue I was worried about was that if I copied Carti's habit of sounding mysterious and lying about the release date several times, I'd lose the public's attention and the album would flop.
However, I see this as Opium's best project since Whole Lotta Red, I give it a lot of credit for doing well ... read more
He didn't need to bring those trap beats on some tracks instead of the instrumentals and production he's already known for. The album was bloated and inconsistent, with some very high points but others well below the Westside Gunn average.
Mais músicas adicionadas à um projeto de 1h40min, igual a todas as músicas do Vida Cara
what's wrong with rappers not being able to release an album with less than 20 songs? If this had 10 or less I'd give it a more decent rating, but I can't find even 10 songs that are genuinely good here.
FAVORITAS: Pornstar, Vivências do Trap, Xuxa e MDMA 2
PIORES: Blah Blah, Puffer e Rave
So it's more of the same previous projects, but that was to be expected as soon as he announced a new album for two months after the previous one. Although I believe that if he took more time to work on new ideas, this album follows the quality standard of his last releases. What's more, it's good that we're getting two projects from Nas this year, because so far the year has been a bit weak.
I expected that Teezo would release a different project to what I expected, and I also expected that many who knew him from Utopia or CMIYGL wouldn't like this album. However, I really liked everything I heard here, considering that this is only his debut, we can still see him bringing even more different things.
I was waiting for another horrible posthumous album to put an end to X's discography, which even in life wasn't one of his best. However, I was surprised by an EP of very decent unreleased songs on Spotify.
