OH MY GOD! WHAT WAS I THINKING GIVING THIS NOT A 10/10!? Each song on this record is perfect and just amazing! The entire album feels like one big action, party, heist, thriller movie; ITS GOT EVERYTHING! Even the transitions on here are perfect! Me unironically wearing a death grips shirt with this gem playing on my headphones
This album was really promising at first, but it starts to lose its charm as it goes on. The album starts off with some very cold-sounding and mellow production with really emotional and gripping vocals. The first track also sets up a snowy and dark tone, but right after that the idea is completely thrown away which was kind of a let down. The first half was great but it starts to fall off during the second half of the record. This album is more on the poppier side compared to their debut but it sounds good for the most part, when it's done right. A big highlight on this record for me is the vocals. I love a lot of the hooks on somgs like "Forever" or "Headlock" and she has really improved on her singing.
