i remember seeing the album cover as a kid in the car with my dad.
i couldn't remember the name of the song/album/band, not even what it sounded like, but that black outline of a horse really stuck with me.

when i started getting into music in 2022, i discovered deftones and i was like holy shit its the horse album!!!!

this album feels like a cold summer sunset. it feels like looking out of your window and seeing kids playing out on the street, and wishing you could be as happy and as joyful as they are
