Björk’s nearly universally agreed magnum opus, and for great reason. This album sent me through a journey no other album has replicated quite as lush and pretty as this. Sure, Soundtracks sent me on a journey, but that album was 2 and a half hours of unsettling drones and 15+ minute epics. Not once was I ever not smiling during this album, an hour and a half of the happiest sounding music ever created. There is not a dull moment anywhere here, not even a second. Stevie Wonder proves himself in spades on this record that he's one of the greatest musicians to ever live. perfect album
