The Beatles - Help!

GEMS:
• You've Got To Hide Your Love Away
• Another Girl
• Ticket To Ride
• Tell Me What You See

The Beatles - Magical Mystery Tour
NR

The most overlooked Beatles album ('cause you can't call anything the Beatles have done underrated). And it's so weird because this album is packed with 4 of their biggest hits ("I Am The Walrus", "Hello Goodbye", "Strawberry Fields Forever" and All You Need Is Love"). Probably because it came after "Sgt. Pepper's..." and before "The Beatles" that were probably the most remarkable albums they've made.
Anyways, I love this so much. Probably ... read more

Sufjan Stevens - Seven Swans
92

It's as great as it is forgettable. Such a simple record that if you turn it into background music you'll actually forget you have background
music.

GEMS:
• All The Trees of The Field Will Clap Their Hands
• In The Devil's Territory
• Sister
• Seven Swans

EDIT: Oh well it's turning out to be my favorite Sufjan album

The Prodigy - Music for the Jilted Generation
88

GEMS:
• Full Throttle
• Poison
• One Love (Edit)
• The Narcotic Suite: 3 Kilos

MGMT - Congratulations
71

Not my favorite album ever, but comparing the ratings for this album and the ones for Oracular Spectacular makes this one look like one of the most underrated albums of all time. It's actually pretty good and made me have at least some respect for MGMT.

GEMS:
• It's Working
• Someone's Missing
• Siberian Breaks
• Congratulations

Radiohead - In Rainbows
NR

I love their older, more well-established classics (OK Computer, Kid A), but fuck, this is my favorite Radiohead album. Such a well sequenced, great collection of songs.

Daft Punk - Human After All
50

So many could-have-been-great songs here. Almost evey song here starts off really great but are dragged out and end up being way too long and repetitive to entertain.

GEMS:
• The Prime Time of Your Life
• Robot Rock
• Make Love
• Technologic

Oasis - (What's the Story) Morning Glory?
70

Solid. Cringy lyrics though

Oasis - heathenchemistry
0

an oasis of boredom

The Mars Volta - Frances the Mute
85

Even though I think there's way too much stuff going on, which may turn this album into a frustrating, exhausting listen, Frances The Mute is an overwhelming showcase of the grandiosity of progressive rock.
Their last good album to me.

Daft Punk - Homework
95

Call me a hipster but this is by far my favorite Daft Punk album. It's just (almost) flawless EDM to me.
Not 100 because "Rock 'n' Roll" & fillers. Well, fuck fillers. I just hate that song (edit 'cause "Rollin' & Scratchin'" is growing on me)

GEMS:
• Revolution 909
• Phoenix
• Fresh
• Alive

Daft Punk - Discovery
65

I used to love this album.
I don't know what happened, it doesn't matter how many times I try, I can't love it anymore. I get bored instead of euphoric. Really bored.

EDIT: Oh damn I'm starting to love it again
EDIT 2: Oh wait nevermind I'm not

NR

This lines summarizes this album much better than anything I could probably say:
"There's so much inside you, but you won't let me see"

Kanye West - 808s & Heartbreak
NR

EDIT: Damn. I tried to re-listen to this album to see if my rating would be mantained but this is getting worse with every listen. I better give this a break.

GEMS:
• Welcome To Heartbreak
• Love Lockdown
• Street Lights
• Coldest Winter

Panda Bear - Panda Bear Meets the Grim Reaper
88

GEMS:
• Mr. Noah

GEMS:
• Earthquake
• Desire Lines
• Helicopter
• He Would Have Laughed

This album grew on me. Really much.
